Jumbo prawns simmered in a Thai Coconut Curry sauce infused with Red & Green Curry, Peanut butter, Sesame, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, Kefir lime and finished with fresh lime. Accompanied with a Black Thai rice infused with honey & coconut.
Complemented with side of ginger lime greens.
