Charcuterie Picnic Box
Chop n Block cured meats, fine cheese from around the world, Absolutely the Best Grain Mustard Caviar, chef’s pickling’s, candied pecans, fresh & dried fruits, Leanne’s “Knutty” local preserves, toasted crostini’s, Artisan style local Bread…Always support local.


Fruit & Nut salad

Tender baby green, roasted beets, creamy goat cheese, candied pecans, fresh berries, dried apricot, grape tomatoes, balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil. Fresh ground pepper and m sea salt.



 Roasted Chicken Club Salad
Crisp Romaine, baby greens, red onion slivers, roasted corn, grape tomatoes, hard boiled egg, bacon, feta cheese, avocado and roasted Sherry Dijon vinaigrette on the side. Warm roasted chicken also served on side.

Brown Basmati, Red Quinoa, Cayenne baked Yamz, Roasted garlic Chickpeas, beet threads, grape tomatoes, avocado, Microgreens, tahini vinaigrette, Ginger lime vinaigrette & sesame seeds

Smoked Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese

san Panini bread, cheddar and asiago cheese, caramelized onions, tender slow cooked pulled pork marinated in a zesty BBQ sauce. Topped with an apple cranberry slaw!


Short Rib stack

Shredded braised beef short ribs, red onion marmalade, mushrooms, asiago and cheddar, fried leeks, horseradish aioli, grainy Dijon mustard piled on a toasted baguette.


Smoked Canadian Brisket
20 Hour smoked and slow cooked to perfection,

Bacon jam, arugula, royal stilton, thyme roasted tomatoes, drizzled with chefs chipotle ranch and piled in a baguette.
